This policy explains how TelcoWays handles information submitted through its internet availability and sales-assistance website. It should be reviewed by a UAE-qualified lawyer when the final operating entity and partner arrangements are confirmed.
Data We Collect
The availability form collects the name, UAE mobile number, building or area, home or business service type and provider preference. The form is provided through Google Forms, so Google processes the submitted information and related technical data on behalf of the form owner. Responses are accessible to TelcoWays for handling the inquiry.
What We Do Not Request Initially
The public form does not request Emirates ID images, passport scans, trade licenses, tenancy documents, credit-card details or bank information. Those details should only be handled later through the properly authorized application channel when genuinely required.
Purpose and Consent
We use the submitted data to respond to the requested telecom inquiry, check relevant availability, discuss suitable options and help progress the service request. Sending the form is a request for TelcoWays or its sales partner to make contact about that inquiry.
Sharing
Information may be shared only as necessary with the relevant authorized sales channel or telecommunications operator to respond to and process the service the person requested, subject to the applicable operational arrangement.
Retention
Form responses are retained only for the operational period needed to respond to and manage the inquiry, subject to the Google account retention controls used by the form owner. Responses should be deleted when they are no longer needed for that purpose or a legal obligation.
Security
TelcoWays restricts access to form responses and the connected Google account to the people who need them to handle inquiries. Google also applies its own security measures to Google Forms. No internet service can promise absolute security, so access and retention are kept proportionate to the inquiry.
Cookies and Analytics
WordPress may use essential cookies for administration and security. The embedded Google Form may use Google cookies and transmit technical information needed to provide and protect the form. Google handles that information under its privacy policy. TelcoWays has not added advertising pixels or analytics identifiers at launch.
Your Rights and Contact
Depending on applicable law, a person may request access, correction or deletion of personal data and may withdraw consent for future follow-up. Use the contact page. A dedicated privacy email will appear there when configured.
